Shipping & Delivery?

What are the shipping fees?

We offer free shipping with all orders.

How do I know if my order is accepted?

We will acknowledge receipt of your order by sending a confirmation email. However, this confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you and tell you we have accepted and dispatched your order at which point a contract will come into existence between you and BYGABRIELE AG.

If we are unable to accept your order we will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified. Large orders exceeding a standard amount may be refused without reason.

How long does it take to receive my order?

From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, we deliver in 10 business days at the latest. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

If the address is not easily accessible the customer shall bear any consequential costs.

How am I able to track my order?

BYGABRIELE AG will send you an email to keep you informed of the status of your purchase.

What are my rights if the delivery is late?

You have legal rights if we deliver your bag late. If we miss the delivery deadline you may treat the contract as at an end straight away where it is evident from the conduct of the obligor that a time limit would serve no purpose, where performance has become pointless to the obligee as a result of the obligor’s default, where the contract makes it clear that the parties intended that performance take place at or before a precise point in time. Otherwise you can give us a new deadline which must be reasonable. If performance has not been rendered by the end of that time limit, the obligee may compel performance in addition to suing for damages in connection with the delay or, provided he makes an immediate declaration to this effect, he may instead forego subsequent performance and either claim damages for non-performance or withdraw from the contract altogether.
