Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
BYGABRIELE AG accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:
bank transfer (we will send you BYGABRIELE AG’s bank details by email)
cash payment when pick-up of the goods
Payments must be made in Swiss Francs (CHF).
Can I use multiple payment methods?
We only accept one payment method per order.
When do I have to pay?
You have to pay before the items are dispatched to you. We will inform you by email once the bag has been dispatched.
All ordered bags remain the property of BYGABRIELE AG until payment is received in full.
What happens if my payment cannot be processed?
In case of failure to pay for any reason your order will be cancelled.
Do I need to place a new order if my order has been declined?
If you received a message from BYGABRIELE AG informing you that your order has been declined, please place a new order online. You may also contact us at
gabriele@bygabriele.com. We are pleased to get in touch with you.
Is VAT included in the final price?
All prices on our website include VAT. We will not provide VAT-refund services.
